Programs for all riders incorporate overall fitness improvement in all areas and will result in increased aerobic capacity (cardiac and pulmonary), increased muscular strength, increased lean muscle/decreased fat percentage, increased flexibility, and increased core strength and balance.
Our Fitness programs are great for racers and stunters focusing on endurance and conditioning training, as well as increased muscle strength without increasing muscle mass. Programs can be long term, pre-season, in season and post-season.
Continuous motivational support will be provided for all clients as they work to achieve their fitness goals and face challenges to their success. Injury prevention will be a focus for all riders and racers.
